MOMMY & ME

Ages 1 1/2 to 3

45 min/week

This fun and interactive class introduces young students to Tap, Ballet and Tumbling. Through the enjoyment of this class, they improve their balance and coordination as they express themselves physically.

 

TAP

Ages 5 and older

 

This class emphasizes rhythm, timing and coordination with focus on putting together sounds in syncopating rhythms.

JAZZ

Ages 5 and older

 

Jazz is an exciting form of dance that concentrates on technique, controlled body movement and flexibility.

COMBINATION CLASS

Starting at age 3 to 6

1hr/week

 

Tap, Ballet and Tumbling combined to focus on coordination, physical development and building self-esteem in a disciplined yet fun environment.

 GYMNASTICS/ TUMBLING

Ages 3 and older

  

We concentrate specifically on floor gynmastics and tumbling. A disciplined class that builds strength, control and flexibility along with technique.  We work on skills such as cartwheels, front and back walkovers, handsprings, back tucks, aerials, full twists, etc. 

BALLET

Ages 5 and older

 

Ballet training is the main ingredient and foundation of all areas of dance. Classical training is achieved through barre and center work. Correct body placement and technique is stressed in this class.


 

HIP HOP

Ages 5 and older

 

Learn the latest styles and strut the latest looks. Requirements: Energy!

 

LYRICAL/CONTEMPORARY

Ages 8 and older

 

A contemporary form of ballet which incorporates modern jazz while interpreting lyrics through movement.
